Maria Pattern

The Maria pattern or design was created in the 1800’s. It is woven using the Halvdreiel technique. It is woven of cotton, linen and wool. The Maria design is available in one woven product - a large wall hanging. The Maria wall hanging is available in two color choices.

Color # 1 – Red and off white

Wall Hangings
Large wall hanging- one size only - 35” x 49” - $695 includes iron hanger

Please Note:

• All textiles are hand woven, therefore sizes do vary a bit.
• The iron wall hanger shown on wall hangings is included in the price.
• Many textiles are special order and will be made in Norway. It is hard to say exactly how long this could take. It could possibly vary from 2 months to 6 months. All textiles are hand woven and it is a very time consuming process.

Note on the care of your weaving: Contents are linen and wool, so your textile should be dry-cleaned. When your textile is not in use and you are storing it, please do not fold it. This is very hard on the fibers. It is best to roll it around a tube (old paper towel or wrapping paper tube is perfect).
